Shipping and Delivery Information

Australia Wide Deliveries

The safe delivery of items to our customers is of paramount importance to us, and to see that your purchase arrives safely, we personally pack all items prior to shipping. We only deal with trusted carriers who are fully insured and experienced in transporting antiques so you can be assured that your treasured items will get to you in one piece.

We can arrange transport to most parts of Australia. To obtain a quote, call our office or request a shipping quote on our website.

Request a shipping quote

Click on the “Request Shipping Quote” button on the product, fill out the form, and our team will arrange a quote. We will follow up with an email and checkout link to an updated total including shipping so you can complete your purchase.

Local/Melbourne Delivery

For larger pieces and furniture, we can arrange local Bendigo delivery for approximately $80 (subject to item). Melbourne furniture deliveries are charged at approximately $150 (subject to item) and normally take place on a Monday. Please let us know beforehand if there are any stairs or access issues to your property.

Jewellery and Small Items 

Australia wide delivery is via Australia Post, Signature Express Post at a flat rate of $22. If you require extra insurance on a high value item, please call us on 03 5443 7279.

Overseas Delivery

International customers can be confident that Valentine’s Antiques are experienced in shipping freight around the world by sea and air. Freight charges will be determined and curated to best suit your purchased item. Please click on the “Request shipping Quote” button, fill out the form, and our friendly team will revert with a quote.

Please note we do not send fine porcelain or ceramics internationally.
