Victorian sterling silver locket, 1878

This beautiful sterling silver antique oval locket was crafted in 1878.

Made from sterling silver, the locket shows a carefully engraved bird and tree design, with a patterned border surround. The back of the locket is hallmarked and it can be opened to display your loved one’s photograph. The clasp is in perfect condition.

This locket is quite large and “chunky” and would be suitable worn as an occasion piece.
