French terracotta vase with rams heads c.1870

This beautiful terracotta urn/vase hails from France and was crafted circa 1870.

It features highly decorative rams heads flanking both sides of the urn, with their horns shaped like amphora handles. There is further decorative floral carvings and quintessentially French pattern work throughout the vase. It rests on a square base.
