This wonderful country oak blanket box would look fantastic in your country home or cottage.
Being a very early piece, this antique blanket box comes with some great provenance. It survived ‘The Blitz’ of UK in 1940 whereby it sustained a bullet shaped shrapnel hole to the side of the chest.
This is a very old piece, so may need a bit of strengthening, but if you are a purist this won’t be necessary
