This incredible carved ivory card case is an exquisite example of the finest in Chinese craftmanship.
Made in China circa 1870, the case has a different carved scene on each side. The front features a town scene, and the back shows prawns, fish and crabs in fine detail.
The top lifts off to reveal the inner storage compartment.
